How Global Concepts Can Influence Hard Choices and Inspire Greatness

Life is a series of choosing one “hard” over another. Learning to read is hard…but so is being illiterate. Doing your job well is hard…but so is unemployment. Leadership is certainly no exception, but it’s difficult to dig into the recesses of your psyche and honestly evaluate your own leadership. But what if you could utilize existing measures to cut through the murky status-quo and paint a clearer picture of finding greatness through what truly makes you happy?

While most leadership literature focuses on the traits and attributes commonly exhibited by well-known leaders, these shared qualities don’t necessarily help you define the unique qualities you possess which can help you become not just a good leader, but a great leader.
In "When Leadershi* Hits The Fan", you’ll find a revolutionary inside-out approach that takes the factors of GDP and the World Happiness Index and apply them on a personal level through in-depth assessments. Each chapter is packed with powerful true stories, inspirational analogies, and practical exercises designed to help you identify individualized actions steps to maximize work engagement, productivity, passion, happiness, and ultimately, the bottom line.

Are you ready to stop sugarcoating leadership? Then it's time to choose your hard and find your great.

 DELIVER WITH CONFIDENCE

"Only those who can lead themselves, can lead others – Coaching gives you the self-confidence you need to do so."

Nick Vizzoca

At some point, we start to equate "happy" with things being easy, but that couldn't be further from the truth!  Happiness comes on the other side of the hard - it's the reward for getting through  it.  When a fairy tale ends with "happily ever after", it's only because the hero or heroine worked hard to fight the and win, not because they spent the whole book sunbathing and drinking mojitos.  So when you choose your "hard", in a way, you're also choosing your "happy".

When Leadershi* Hits the Fan – How Global Concepts Can Influence Hard Choices and Inspire Greatness

Nick Vizzoca introduces a revolutionary leadership concept that will change everything you know about leading. The Personal Domestic Product (PDP) and the Personal Happiness Index (PHI) are profoundly the newest chapter in leading differently. These concepts are based on choosing your hard.  For instance, communicating effectively with your team is hard. It takes time and energy and can be consuming. But not communicating is hard too. If your team does not understand the vision, then you will have disengaged, and unproductive employees. If leaders don’t understand the individual and collective abilities from each employee, productivity suffers. The hard you choose helps determine the level of greatness you, your team and organization can ultimately achieve. Your hard evolves as you attempt to measure your successes, but not having successes to measure is also hard. When hard leads to rewards and happiness, then you will know that you are on to something. In a way, when you choose your hard, you’re also choosing your happiness.

In this thoughtfully progressive keynote, Nick Vizzoca will enlighten audiences with reflective perspectives that will change the trajectory of the attendee’s leadership journey.

  • How to lean into your strengths to help you navigate hard decisions that lead to increased happiness.
  • Understanding the core concepts of Personal Domestic Product and the Personal Happiness Index.
  • Focusing on the core of individuals, teams and the organization can assure success if you apply the PDP and PHI to everything.
  • Comprehension of the five basic factors that comprise the PDP; Natural Resources, Health, and Infrastructure, Human Capital, Technology and Productivity.
  • Developing unique social support that prods your success in turbulent times.

This unique leadership concept will catapult your leadership acumen and create an environment of growth, sustainability, and fortitude in your organization and on your teams.
